Biography

My father (Joey V Sr.) has been involved in the music business since the 1960’s as a singer, sound technician and DJ. In 1990, he left a band to start his own DJ business. In only his first year, Joey V developed a reputation for providing high quality entertainment at reasonable prices.  To keep up with the growing demand, I decided to get involved. Pretty soon, we had two separate DJ setups and even separate clienteles, but still did parties together when needed. Ironically, I used to help my father, now my father is the one helping me! You can say that DJ Joey V™ grew bigger by staying small. This means developing customer relationships (some of which have spanned over 20 years) rather than just booking parties.  Even though Joey V took the business to a higher level, customers are still treated like family!
